A fellow blogger friend of mine by the name of Travis who runs the blog howtokillpeople.com recently had an article written about him in a local newspaper. This article that was written now threatens his lively hood. He can possibly lose his job and any future jobs that he could be considered for. The article in questions is here It’s a slanderous article that obviously doesn’t see the tongue in cheek humor that is Travis blog. Please do Travis and FREEDOM OF SPEECH a favor and email/call the reporter that wrote the article and give him a piece of your mind! This reporter is probably a George Bush fan too!

Usually the first time you visit a place that you love you’re either blinded by the newness and freshness of this new place or once you get home you realize that you like the old place way better than the new place. Well the second time I have visited the Bay Area and I’m still in love with it. I NEED TO MOVE THERE! I love everything about it! The weather, the scenery, the people, the buildings, the city, the food, mother fucking everything! Everyone’s into technology, there are a ton of companies to work for, there’s very few ghetto spots, NO DESERT!

You know what sucks though is I actually can’t really move at this moment in time. I’m having more fan in my band The Predicates than I can remember. My job is super easy and relaxing, I have a few friends here that I’d miss a lot & I’m not the richest guy in da hood. If my band would move up to the Bay Area I would leave in a heartbeat.

I belong up there! My people are up there. Well I don’t actually mean white people because all I really saw were Asians and Indians. What I meant by that is the artsy fartsy, yuppy, Techie Geek peeps!

While visiting the Bay Area I tried setting up two dates with people I know online who actually live up there. One being Queen of Dysfunction and the other being DJ Bardot. The Queen emailed me back with some lame ass excuse of being too busy or something with family visiting?!?! Ha ha I believe her. She’s going to come visit San Diego in the fall so I guess I’ll have to wait until then. DJ Bardot on the other hand was much easier and willing to meet! Emily and I met setup to meet her at the mall in Palo Alto near Standford University. It’s funny because everytime we met up with Miss Bardot we actually ran right into here. At the mall we were walking out because we needed to be somewhere else and we figured she was going to be too late, but we ran right into her. Then at Amoeba Records in San Francisco we again were walking out and slammed right into her. She is a nice Filipino girl with a lotta style (Think Hells Belles meets Indie Rawk). Her boyfriend is a lucky man to meet a woman that not only likes good music, but knows how to take a nice photo on Flickr.

I’m going to definitely move there it’s just a matter of when!

You know you’ve been at this time before….no showers for weeks, the smell of fresh cut grass, visits to the beach, sunburns, STD’s, late night phone calls, drugs, alchohol, skinning dipping, cookouts, family gatherings, vacations & much more.

It’s my summer vacation from my blog and I kind’ve forgot to inform you of it. That’s why I’ve gone from 5 days of blogging to almost one. It hurts a little inside my tummy to know that most of you live and die on every word I write.

I like to think things happen because you make them happen. I’m making my summer vacation happen. You think this is a freaking accident? Nooooooooo! I’m too calculated and precise for that kind of shit!

See you in September when blogging is back in FULL-TIME effect!
